Coir needle felt

Coir needle felt is a non-woven fabric made of coir fiber by full means. The coir fibre is randomly needle punched to the needed level of compaction by the coir needle felt machine. This coir needle felt has many good properties such as excellent moisture absorption capacity, retention characteristics, and so on. This plays the role of an ideal medium for plant growth. The fibre mechanically bonds or interlocks to form a continuous sheet length. None of the bonding materials are used during the manufacturing process of the product.

Where to use it?

Coir needle felt is used as a mattress material, plant liners, and other high-end garden articles. But the application is not ending there. Being an important product in the industry, they are also used as insulation pads, in geotextiles, and organic mulch.
