Coir Mats

Coir mats are manufactured using the natural gift- coconut. The husk is carefully collected from coconut and processed in the tufting machine to make a beautiful coir door mat, coir floor mat, coir entrance matting, and so on. Unique designs

PVC tufted (backed) mats and rolls are made by tufted natural coir fiber into PVC backing. The vinyl backing provides anti-slipping and so ensures very low fiber shredding properties. This coconut matting is then bleached and then stencil printed. This print provides a clear surface to make sure the designs are visible with an excellent aesthetic appearance. Coconut coir mat has the best designs that are vibrant due to bleach base and looks special for coconut floor mat mak]ng different from normal mats.
